I Design Learning Experiences That Are Engaging and Deliver Results.
I have a Master's of Education and five years of experience creating custom-tailored learning curricula and instructor-led courses. When designing a learning module, I aim to meet the learner's needs while achieving the company's goals. My education exposed me to major educational philosophies, including Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick, ADDIE, and SAM. When authoring a course, I combine theory with a proven scientific strategy to design content that can educate course participants enjoyably and deliver positive results.
I have successfully mapped out and implemented various curriculums. When doing so, I implement a three-step approach that guarantees learner success. First, I identify the desired outcome. Next, I determine the scope and sequence for the learner to participate in to deliver the desired results. Finally, I evaluate the course results, critique the course success rate, and make adjustments where necessary.
𝙿𝚛𝚘𝚓𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚜 𝙸'𝚟𝚎 𝚆𝚘𝚛𝚔𝚎𝚍 𝙾𝚗 – I have designed various courses from train-the-trainer videos, informational tutorials, and many academic modules. I have designed e-learning, face-to-face, and interactive performance aids that reinforce knowledge growth and help employees retain crucial information; this method provides a personalized experience for learners to have autonomy over their learning process.
Results- Combining a strategic process and various learning theories, The courses I designed generated a favorable outcome for course participants and the organization. As a result, participants could use their new skills meaningfully and propel themselves to new heights.
